The Andreia Rite of Passage is the embrace of at least one mastery on each path of Body, Mind, and Spirit(BMS). The selection of the paths and the adoption of mastery as a mentality completes the passage.

The adoption of mastery as a mentality may be observed when the wanderer pursues their masteries with vigor while reserving pleasure as a reward for walking the path.

Many masteries are inherit and not listed, which is why the mastery mentality is key to the rite of passage. For example, all relationships–friendship, romantic, professional, parental, etc.–must be looked at as a path to mastery:

Posture is another inherit mastery. You should not designate “posture” as a mastery, you should pursue efficient posture at all times as a generality.

Depending on your personal philosophy and physiology, Abstinence from self-stimulation(AKA Nofap) may be another inherent pursuit of mastery.

Nofap Philosophy articles:

Eventually, a young person will be required to adopt responsibility greater than the preservation of the self.

It is better to choose what you are responsible for as opposed to letting others decide what you are responsible for. One day, you, or someone else, will choose your responsibilities. It is crucial to pick your paths to masteries.

No matter what, you will be responsible for something. If you do not choose what you are responsible for, someone else will choose for you.

Life is more fulfilling when you are pursuing what fulfills you as opposed to what someone else has designated for you. It is crucial to understand you can decide to pursue your masteries across Body, Mind, and Spirit(BMS) at any age and under any circumstance.

Understand that like the samurai Miyamoto Musashi, your masteries will change and develop as you follow the path. Musashi is and always will be samurai, but his paths in the later half of his life did not involve swordsmanship, but painting, calligraphy, metallurgy, philosophy, and more.

Seek fulfillment and a happy life via the pursuit of mastery on your paths.
