Nofap is a lifestyle philosophy where one abstains from touching oneself and looking at adult content. Because of how widespread addiction to self-touching and adult content is in males, most cannot even comprehend that such a lifestyle is possible; addicts of the highest degree.

Common knowledge states that a man should go without adult content and self-touching for 90 days, both to see if the man can make it that long and to see the reported benefits of adopting this personal philosophy into your lifestyle.

Nofap has been sensationalized as something that has the power to give you superpowers. This is something you have to determine for yourself which is why we believe all men should complete the 90-day nofap challenge. These “superpowers” are not powers, but simply how an individual should feel when they aren’t addicted to touching themselves; but you won’t know until you experience it; and results will vary for each individual which is why it is crucial to develop the ability to observe the self in Body, Mind, and Spirit.

Nofap Doesn’t Work For Everyone

But we believe it works for more than it does for less. Even if you don’t believe the hype around nofap, quitting the behavior will still help you:

1. Have more time for goals

2. Stop deleting your internet history

3. Remove the embarrassment of being caught by being seen, or seeing what you look at

4. Have another aspect of your life that is a disciplined pursuit which will overflow to all paths of disciplined pursuit.

There are some studies about Nofap, but how can you accurately study such a thing? And who would want to fund this? It’s important to develop faith in how you experience the world; if a paper or study says something is fine, and it makes you feel horrible, would you trust the outside source more than your internal experience? The results of a study do not compare to the results that you feel.

The adult content space is worth billions of dollars; you can understand the incentive to keep people trapped and watching because it makes money for those who are willing to take advantage of others.

The 90-Day Nofap Challenge

colloquially called the 90-day Nofap challenge, we think of it more as a test. The 90-day Nofap test.

If you can’t go 90 days without alcohol, and you fail to accomplish this for years, and you crave it, and it pulls at your mind when you aren’t drinking, you are a habitual drinker. An alcoholic.

If you can’t go 90 days without adult content, like the alcoholic, you are a habitual fapper. Is this what you want? Our habits are what we do which means they are who we are. We all must determine if the habits our brains have developed consciously or unconsciously fit into our personal codes and philosophies.

Some people may enjoy or find confidence in their status as an alcoholic, or being a pervert. We don’t because pleasure is not a path that can be mastered and does not provide fulfillment.

Do not tolerate habits that do not align with your personal code and philosophy. If a habit is controlling you, and that habit is an antithesis to your values, it must be eliminated.

Be diligent in identifying pleasure habits that pull you off the path and do not contribute to your many masteries.

The Nofap Challenge will determine if your life is better with or without adult content and self-touching. If you made it 90 days and your life is worse, go back to your old days. If your life is better, or if you cannot control yourself…you can adopt a new personal philosophy.

90 days is the minimum experiment length. You can still have authentic sexual experiences, and you are encouraged to do so to live a fulfilling and beautiful life.

Think Deeply About How You Feel

Meditation and journaling can help you understand yourself. You can relive every day of your life. When you begin to understand yourself through meditation or journaling, you begin to understand yourself in other ways.

Journal your experiences and how you feel. This will make you more self-aware, which is how much you know yourself. Those who do not work to know themselves know others more than they know themselves.

We consider it a fault to pay attention to what others are doing more than what you are doing.

Think about how you performed in all the things you do before and after the 90-day nofap test.

If it works, keep going. Understand that you don’t have to do what everyone else is doing if something else works for you. What’s normal may not be great for you. Most normal states are unfulfilling and create lives desperate for fulfillment.
