Terry Crews is a renowned actor known for his comedy roles and his athleticism and physique, being an active pursuer of mastery over his body, and a former NFL football player.
He was a guest on Shannon Sharpe’s podcast, Club Shay Shay. Sharpe is also a former NFL football player, winning three Super Bowl rings. At the 13-minute mark of the show above, Crews details one of the lowest points of his life. After his football career, he had to be a janitor to provide for his family and himself.
He turned his life around by adopting his “Million dollar mindset”.
You can steal his mindset for your life if you so choose.

“I’m almost in tears as I’m sweeping these floors, because I’m going my life may never get back to…[pause] Once you’re in the NFL, you at least see it. You see the money! You see the stuff! You can touch it!”
At this point he decided to change his mentality, to change how he thinks, which changes your spirit.
TC
“Imagine if someone was gonna give me one million dollars to sweep this floor. How would you sweep it? These are the little bitty mindsets. Okay. Okay. I have to imagine I’m going to get a million dollars if I sweep this floor correct. I had to play these kinds of games with my head to get over the depression.”
Depression is a sickness of the spirit.
Toxic thoughts intoxicate the spirit.
Toxic thoughts make you depressed, angry, and encourage all of the negative emotions that pull you away from the path to mastery, where fulfillment resides.
Crews needed to change his mind in order to pursue his new path, acting, which he wouldn’t have succeeded in without changing his mind first.

“And I remember sweeping and sweeping and sweeping and all of a sudden I forgot about my problems. I forgot about it. In fact, I was doing something about my situation. And I decided to do that about every menial job I ever had. I was filing papers that fell over in the Veterans Administration, all the papers that fell over in the North Ridge earthquake, I was filing papers, doing it. Then I started doing security for movie sets…”

“what if someone gave me a million dollars to watch this parking lot. I made sure I had my batteries in my flashlight, I ironed my clothes, it was a mindset that said I was going to reverse that bad attitude I had in the league that didn’t get me where I wanted. I said now every job I have to treat like that.”
TC
“And what’s so crazy, is I started to do everything like that. Every little thing. It created a habit in me that kept me going. It didn’t really matter what people said. I felt like I was getting this imaginary reward if I just did a great job. If I just please God, that’s all I had to do.”

“The path that you really wanted to be on but a lot of your things could have been solved had you just did…that.”[million dollar mindset]
Who do you do it for?
You do it for yourself. You do it for God. You do it for your parents, your wife, your children, you do it with a spirit that encourages you to continue farther down the path, which requires having your mind right.
Terry Crews got his mind right by treating every single menial task, or job like he was paid a million dollars to do it. Since this mentality shift, Crews has acted in over 35 films, and 20 television shows, and is an inspiration to many.
Getting your mind right is lucrative.
Crews also believes in the no adult content/no self-stimulation philosophy. In the video below which he published in 2016, details his struggles with adult content and self-stimulation, and how it affected his life and his marriage.
Now, Crews has a happy, and fulfilling life, still carrying a million-dollar mindset.
No self-stimulation(nofap) content:
